Description:
We are looking for an Electromechanical Team Leader to join our maintenance team..
Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily follow-up of the tasks assigned to electromechanics
- Ensure communication with the maintenance supervisor and supervisors from other departments
- Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement
- Actively participate in the team’s ongoing training
- Follow up on emergencies and corrective and preventive work orders
- Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance program
- Collaborate in the development and improvement of the preventive plan
- Inspect machinery for anomalies
- Read part diagrams and initiate order requests
- Perform repairs according to priorities and parts availability
- Support suppliers during specialized interventions
- Offer sustainable solutions to recurring breakdowns
- Support departments during equipment adjustment issues
- Perform the reading of electrical diagrams in order to diagnose failure causes
- Respond to service calls according to operational needs
Desired Profile:
Requirements
- DEP in Electromechanics of Automated Systems or equivalent training
- Significant experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams
