  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and position the rack in the center.
  • Place the chicken breasts on top, drizzle with olive oil and season generously.
  • Bake the chicken for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • In a food processor, combine the cooked chicken, green onion, yogurt and mayonnaise, then grind everything to obtain a spread-like texture.
  • Add the cranberries, pulse a few more times, then season generously.
  • Top baguette slices with a small amount of cranberry chicken spread and serve.
