Grilled Chicken with Lemon, Garlic and Herbs

Description

Original recipe by Mélanie Germain in collaboration with Rythme FM featuring our chicken thighs.

  • 6 to 8 chicken thighs
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp.) olive oil
  • Thyme and/or oregano and/or rosemary
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mix all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper. Marinate between 30 minutes and 4 hours, depending on your taste.
  • Grill on the BBQ at 400°F (205°C) for 7 to 10 minutes per side.
