Description

Original recipe by Mélanie Germain in collaboration with Rythme FM featuring our chicken thighs.

 

  • Mix the coffee, cocoa, brown sugar, paprika, cumin and salt.
  • Coat the thighs with this mixture. Drizzle with oil and maple syrup.
  • Lay the thighs on a sheet pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until crispy.
