Maple & Whole-Grain Mustard Barbecue Chicken Thighs

Description

Original recipe by Mélanie Germain in collaboration with Rythme FM featuring our chicken thighs.

  • 6 boneless chicken thighs
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp.) whole-grain Dijon mustard
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the thighs for 1 to 12 hours.
  • Grill over indirect medium heat on the BBQ, about 8 to 10 minutes per side.
