Smoked bbq grain-fed chicken wings seasoned and vacuum cooked
Préparation
Oven 215 °C (425 °F) 15 - 20 min. Place your wings on parchment paper before baking, turning halfway through and finishing under the grill for crispier wings. - Air fryer 200 °C (400 °F) 15 min. Place the wings in the basket and stir every 5 minutes until they are toasted to your liking! If frozen, increase cooking time. Cooking times may vary according to appliance type.
Suggestion
TIP: immerse the bag in hot water for a few minutes to allow the wings to separate easily, before placing in the oven or air fryer.
