  • 2 Ferme des Voltigeurs breasts, cut into 5 to 8 cm (2 to 3 in.) strips
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp.) butter
  • 300g (2/3 lb) macaroni
  • 1 jar (400 g) of processed cheese spread
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) 15% cooking cream
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken strips in the butter, stirring occasionally, for 6 to 8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
  • Meanwhile, cook the macaroni according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the cheese with the cream, stirring until smooth.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix it with the chicken and sauce. Serve.
